RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Relume Beauty, we want you to feel confident every time you try something new. That's why we offer a 30-day return window — because finding the right foundation should never feel like a gamble.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


HOW TO START A RETURN

Starting a return is simple. Just reach out to us at Support@relumebeauty.com and our team will walk you through the process.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@relumebeauty.com so we can make it right. We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and reach out as soon as possible — we're here to help, not to make you jump through hoops.


EXCEPTIONS

Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, including perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, and hazardous materials. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask — we're happy to help.


EXCHANGES

Want a different item? The quickest way to get what you need is to return your original order, and once approved, place a new order for the item you'd like. If you need help navigating this, reach out to us and we'll make sure the process is seamless.


EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the refund, please contact us at hello@relumebeauty.com and we'll look into it right away.
