SHIPPING POLICY
We know the wait between "I ordered it" and "it's here" can feel like forever — so here's exactly what to expect when you place an order with Relume Beauty.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment has been confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there's a significant delay, we'll reach out and keep you updated.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control are beyond our responsibility — but we'll do our best to help you track things down if something seems off.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Need to make a change? We get it. If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to us at support@relumebeauty.com and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. At that point, you're welcome to initiate a return once you receive your package in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
ORDER TRACKING
Every shipped order includes a tracking number, sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us at support@relumebeauty.com and we'll sort it out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide because beauty has no borders. International orders follow the same processing times, but delivery may take longer depending on your country and local customs procedures.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges before placing your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye on our website and emails for those.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Relume Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment — additional shipping charges may apply.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, here's what we recommend: check with neighbors, your building's front desk, or any safe spots where carriers may leave packages. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us at support@relumebeauty.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
Relume Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, but we'll always do our best to help resolve the situation.
P.O. BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that deliveries to these addresses may take additional time.
